After purchase, your digital product (such as a website template, Canva template, or file) will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Instant Access: Most products are available immediately after purchase through an automatic download link or email confirmation.

  • Email Delivery: You will receive a purchase confirmation email that includes your file link(s) or Canva template access within minutes.

  • If you do not receive your product within 15 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact us at support@nsmco.shop for assistance.

2. Processing Time

Digital files are processed automatically once payment is confirmed.
In rare cases, processing may take up to 24 hours if there is a payment verification delay or a high volume of orders.

3. No Refunds or Exchanges

Because all items are digital and accessible immediately, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying non-refundable digital content.

4. Failed or Missing Downloads

If you experience any issue with your digital download or access link:

  • We’ll resend your access link or reauthorize your download as soon as possible.
